Odd thing happens in Banyam province afganistan.

When i issue order for artillery to attack anywhere else, they will move until within attack range. In Banyam, I'm sending in rocket artillery to attack a lvl 3 miltia ( with a lvl 4 AC lighting him up ), the dang artillery will stop moving. I have to move them into position first then select attack. Only for Banyam so far.
