One Province Has No Borders

On the World at War map, I noticed that the province of Dili (see image below) has no black border.

I play this map quite often, and I swore there was a border there last time I played it (about a month ago)

Will they ever get to this stuff? They still never fixed Amman from Ammam on the same map…

Yeah, or that South China city with only half a border. Or that unusable road in Siam.

A couple of the cities in HWW have this.

I think it's in Tibet, unless there's a second one. There's a thread on it somewhere.

It is on the WaW map, a road running North-South, in the NW part of Siam.

That happens in 100 player maps. I don't know what's the purpose though.
