Time is running out to get the last prize box. 10 hours ago I was sitting at 8470 points....10 hours later I'm still at 8470 points....
Was very consistent up to that point. If I miss out on that last prize because of yet another game glitch, I will not be happy.

Why should they care. Too busy counting their money.
Why care if their clients are being ripped off by their inconsistent game.
If they are looking into it, at least acknowledge there was a problem.

I received a reply from Bytro...They are reimbursing me for the lost final reward due to the glitch.
But I don't see it anywhere.
Where would I find it or is it subject to the same delay as achievements.

If they reinbursed you, you will get a msg on your account site. ( if I remmember right, at least thats how it worked for gold )

So they msg you that they gave you booster cards? ( not gold ) either way you might see the change in gold or in your booster card bagpack. ( its not like you get a popup saying congratiolations )

Well, it's been more than 2 weeks now since I sent the messages to Bytro...
Still no sign of the reimbursement.
Put in a ticket, used the setting helper. sent a message to one of the mods.
Nothing, no contact, no responses.
Guess they are giving up...

5 weeks now....still nothing from Bytro
tried sending another ticket through the Support.....used to be able to attach screen shots. Can't anymore.
