Operation Forge not giving fire tokens

I'm made 2 purchases, once yesterday after receiving the "sale pop-up" but haven't received the fire tokens. I opened up chat for this issue but have yet to hear anything. I just received another pop-up and made a purchase but again, no fire tokens. Am I missing something here? Is this a known issue? Is this happening to anyone else? With only 1d 10h left, my fear is that the operation will end and I won't get the tokens and therefore not receive the rewards.
