You have to have joined a game AFTER the event started.

Operation Stronghold Rewards Not Being Earned
The Operation Stronghold has been available to me for 3 days now, and I am not earning any rewards from it. It says that you earn XP for each day you remain active, and I have been active the whole game. So why am I not earning rewards?

Gee, that sucks. If I join one now I won't even be able to complete all the rewards.

Lol I got all Operation Ember rewards and my USSR Historic game at day 8 will earn me all rewards in Stronghold
