Operation Supremacy - No victory points

I don't know if you guys did this on purpose, or overlooked it, but no-one (except a bunch of A.I.) has any victory points. Probably due to the lack of any provinces containing victory points (which, on the map, seems to be the case).

This is because victory points are meaningless in Operation Supremacy. It is a dominion type game mode, where the object is to control a sufficient number of the control points for a duration of time.
