The Pan-Asian infantry bonus of +25% to Forests/Hills seems to have been forgotten when the game updated to have Forest and Hills as separate terrain types!
Math:
Right now non-Asian infantry has +20% in Forests and no advantage in Hills, while Pan-Asian infantry has +40% in Forests and no advantage in Hills -> this is due to the doctrine-wide +20% for all its units.
According to the Doctrine Guide (https://forum.callofwar.com/?custom-page/&id=35), Pan-Asian infantry should have +25% to Forests & Hills so that should make their terrain advantages:
Hills: 0% Base + 25% Asian Inf + 20% Pan-Asian Doctrine = +45%
Forests: 20% Base + 25% Asian Inf + 20% Pan-Asian Doctrine = +65%
Personally, I would like the Pan-Asian infantry have a speed bonus instead of adding a hill bonus, referring to the bicycle infantry in Malaysia.
just imagine a very fast infantry 
Thanks for the report. It is indeed a mistake and will be fixed. We will change it to only a Forest bonus though since we have both terrains separated now, but increase it to +30% (+70% in total) to make up for it.Blackpixels wrote:

Only for games after the next update. Will not appear in the changelog cos its rather late, but the doctrine graphic was updated accordingly.
