Paratroopers can't convert?
For some reason, I cannot convert my paratroopers between their two forms. I thought it might be because I needed to upgrade them, but now I have and yet it still doesn't show. Bug? (I'll upload 2 screenshots its just taking a while to load).

Move them into a province with airstrip/aircraft factory, there you can convert them.

They are in a province with an airstrip...but they still cannot convert.

Tested it myself. The button seems to be half-there, when you hover over its normal position you get the tooltip text, but the button itself is not displayed and cant be clicked. I forwarded it as a bug to QA.
