when you are in the main page, obviously logged out, you'll see an option that says, "Forgot your password?"
Click there and fill what it requires.

password recovery
having a hard time recovery my password..support has ZERO HELP...BEEN TRYING FOR DAYS... ive mailed them several times, where is password recovery button,page,site.. 
where do I go????
