payment issue

Hello, about a week ago, I purchased both gold and the "Upper Command" (Üst Komuta) package. However, a portion of my payment was refunded without my request, and consequently, my account was closed. Since I did not request a refund, I would like my account to be reactivated. You may deduct the gold corresponding to the refunded amount from my account. I am ranked 15th globally, play the game actively, and maintain an active map; my account has been closed for a week, and my maps are currently sitting idle. I would appreciate a prompt resolution.
