Phantom Lost "Military Unit"

I received a notice of a lost unit and this appeared in the newspaper. I confirmed none of my convoys were sunk. I've gotten these notices before but this is a clear example of an error. How can I have lost a unit while still suffering no casualties in war with this player? The notices always say "military unit" instead of what actually was lost.

I wrote a support ticket, but they replied back with nonsensical speculation instead of even implying they would investigate. What's the point of writing a support ticket?

I know you may say this doesn't impact game play, but I'll respectfully disagree. I had to spend time and effort reviewing convoys out of paranoia it may be right. Which was time I could have spent trying to figure out the best strategy for this opponent.

This is a rather common glitch. Though I have never experienced it myself, every week or so a new thread appears mentioning this. It should be fixed by the devs soon. Very strange glitch.

The garbage is that the game never shows which unit it was. It leaves you wondering quite often: which unit was that again?

I think the newspaper could be improved a lot on.
