How did you get a L15 infantry already?

PL March - Turkish infantry L15 refuses to move
I am unable to move this unit from its current position.

No such thing as "level 15 infantry." I think that's the COW code for the Turkish 15th numbered unit.F. Marion wrote:

are you able to move it anywhere or is it stuck in one spot
because there is a two day peace period that will prevent you attacking anywhere, but you should be able to move it in friendly areas

It would not move, period. However, they resolved the issue this morning. It will just delay my invasion of Rhodes due to timing of staging troops.
