This has been reported before. I don't think it has anything to do with the new update, I think it's a random bug that happens sometimes.

Planes acting weird
After the last update and before the crash 
planes going out on a strike would perform their task but then would teleport back to base not doing their normal return flight, if I only knew what upgrade I need to make them teleport on the attack run I'd be more than happy
