Player could see anonymous sender's flag (glitch)

I was playing in an "All-in" map (3270792) as Chile, decided to send people fake reports via diplomacy but of course I sent them anonymously.

Received a response from Belgium though, said that he could see my flag as the result of a glitch.

SS 1

SS 2

SS 3 (asked if he could send a screenshot)

Both relations were set to peace.

Don't know if this is worth posting here and I do understand that's a glitch but it seems like a serious one, could cost the game.

I know about this glitch...I saw somebody’s flag too. And that’s just a risk you have to take...cause it only appears for a few seconds after you send the message...sorta makes it more interesting.

My first time encountering this one, it is interesting but I would be glad if something about this can be done.

The problem is that the game needs time to load...and that’s why this happens.

Makes sense, I will wait for other responses too though.
