Player Ranks not showing correctly
For a little while player ranks (e.g. Private, Corporal, Captain, etc) have been a bit "hit and miss" showing when you look in the their details (including your own in your own details) and quite often they show as "Recruit" with zero experience.
This is a little annoying but not the end of the world.
But now when this bug happens it won't let you join any of the ranked games because it says you aren't of sufficient level. So this is more of an issue...
Could you have a look at it and resolve it please?

This is totally unacceptable from Bytro. They want your money but wont fix a basic flaw.

In one of the threads @freezy,a game developer, explained that these issues are occurring because the maintenance/problem solving they busy with,is causing a "snowball effect". I'm no IT or game programming specialist but apparently things are connected to each other and if they change one thing it effects another thing(something like that).Freezy also explained that all these issues will be sorted out.I know it's frustrating but we have to be patienced.It's not like Bytro is doing it on purpose or refusing to fix it.
How would we feel if Bytro informed us,that maintenance needs to be done, therefore the game would inaccessible for the next three months?It would kill us.Rather have this as it is now-we can continue with maps already started and every now and then the ranks/levels do show correctly in order to join a map.

Thanks for the explanation but this is the state of affairs two months on. You can't join certain games that is the issue. Perhaps Bytro should put it out there for game sponsors NOT to impose a minimum level because a lot of players are way above zero and are preventing from joining games because of a mess up.
