This is not a bug, that's just how the game works.

And other countries doesn't fund or encourage rebellions in your lands, it's the people of the province that decided they no longer want to be under your authority. Keep their morale high if you don't want this to happen or suppress the rebellion by having troops stationed at the province at day change.

What I am trying to explain is not that, how can the land of the country on the other continent or the country that is my friend be!?So what I want to say is this: OK, for example, a country on my border may revolt in its territory, but how can the people of the country on the other continent raise a rebellion here!? they are probably a tourist anyway!Even if they came to stay here, they wouldn't be able to do such a thing! because they would be a minority! In other words, a revolt may occur in a place with low morale, but the rioting may be either the people of the country I occupied or the countries we are neighbors to, being another country İ-M-P-O-S-S-İ-B-L-E!!!!
