Possibility of Multiaccount

I am playing in the game #4895269 and honestly, I m seeing something strange, against all expectances, the strongest player have been avoiding killing a player that is sitting there building his buildings, and doing nothing else for the whole game, they are just on each other borders and nothing happens between them. This strongest players had a too quick development and build of units and buildings in the first couple days of the game. At first I thoght, well gold, whatever, but now after seeing day after day this situation, and he avoiding my questions about the other player that is sitting next to him doing nothing, I think he uses a second account to transfer resources while he plays in his first account, which would explain a lot how he was so fast in the start, and even thou his ally, and me have better stats than him overall, he is having too much momentum since the start of the game. The players in question are Trump 5 Star General (North Sudan) and Alex Nitu (Madagascar).

It still could be gold, but it´s strange, also just to point out, the Madasgacar player don´t answer the chat aswell, even though the game says he still playing.
