Possible duping of "Strategic Advisor" rewards

Bug Description:

I login on both PC and mobile (play in my browser, not the app on mobile.)

Advisor task I have completed when playing on PC, still appear when logging in on mobile. It seems I'm able to complete the task twice and receive the rewards for them. Felt this was perhaps not WAI.

Its pretty buggy, especially in FP games (I'll assume this is a regular game tho).
