Premium not working

Is it still happening, even after you reloaded the page? If so, can you share a screenshot of the feature not being accessible plz?

OK I have worked it out. You have to click the hourglass next to the produce button. This is not very clear and the shading is only slightly different to show its active. I have only used high command before on the mobile where the actual button is what you press. I think its working now. Sorry to bother you.

I'm also having queue issues with premium. I can't queue a battleship, but can queue other units just fine. On mobile, can't check desktop until later.

Edit: actually I attempted using Desktop Client with my mobile browser and was able to successfully queue a battleship. It does not work in the mobile app or in the mobile client in a mobile browser.

To be more specific about the circumstances, I was attempting to queue a battleship in a city that did not have anything else producing, so the button visible to me was the Produce button. I don't have enough resources for the battleship and want it to start while I sleep. Upon clicking produce, I'm prompted for the name and get to the need-more-resources pop-up. When I click Add To Queue on that pop-up, nothing happens. It has worked with other unit types, just not with battleship.
