Problem with opening the match

I have entered in a match, and have been playing for 4 days, but now I can't open...even if I try, I can't. Something written is shown in the screen like: Unknown error.

I try to enter the match again, I can see the list of players with their flags, and in mine is written COMPTERIOUS, but I can't play. There is something scuppering my match. haha

Please, need your help.
