Screenshot? Else report the bug at the team, ( the AI bot will guide you through ) or contact one of the mods in the "help" chat and they might write you trough what you need to do.
Other things you could do, is to update browser to see if its that, or if you are playing on mobile, perhaps uninstall the game, and install it again. ( fixes some stuff sometimes )
