Profile and rank not updated

Hey guys, I've got a question. I've been playing this game for the last 3 days, but my rank nor profile statistics didn't change at all, I'm still at level 1 with 0% progress. Is it due to the profile update frequency or is it some sort of a technical issue? Thanks in advance, not being impatient, just curious

Ehm, I dunno. It seems to update in leaps and bounds. If it hasn't changed in the next four days, I would recommend sending a support ticket.

According to statistics, you are only level 1 and have 20 points of building 2 Cuartes, statistics may take up to 48hrs, to update

In that case I guess I'll have to wait for the stats to get updated, thanks for the info!
