It's a known issue that's come back, developers are currently working on a fix. Planes are also a little glitchy, again once more, known and being fixed by devs).

Are you in ranked rounds?
If it still exists please send in a bug report to your support team. To do this just open settings bottom right corner of map and select the Report a Bug option (spider symbal) and fill out your report.

Appears to be working for now but this breaks all the time.
