Isn't there a "support" button at the bottom of the main page on the side, and "contact support" button in in-game settings? This is the proper way to adress support, and I don't think they will respond to you here

Prov won't produce
game 4300832 city of Madras has buildings but won't let me produce anything there
on a side note your site sucks when it comes to trying to find a way to contact support and having to do so only thru forum is the worst way of doing this
