Province Admin Sort Order

In the new update, when you have the Province Administration view active and have it sorted by Industrial Complex (to see where you can efficiently produce units) then you add a unit to be built (either new start build or add to the build queue) the sort order is lost (which is not a big problem just a minor nuisance)
