Yeah that happened to me once in my last game, i believe it was Agridar in west africa that showed 0 food production and didn't change.

Province has stopped producing resources
Hi. First-time forum user here. I have an occupied province (Vaasa, Finland) that has stopped producing any resources. I have not previously encountered this problem. Looks like some kind of software glitch. Any suggestions?
Update:
The province started producing again at the daily time for resource production totals (7 p.m., EDT). Still a little bit of a mystery.

Nothing changes if you build an infastructure in that place?

Mathex, it's not a core province, so the return on building infrastructure there is not as good as continuing to improve my two food-producing core provinces. Of my 120 provinces, it's about fifth on the food production list. Good, but not the highest priority.
Per my update above, it looks like the problem cured itself.
