Queues not working right in Cow 1.5 mobile

Units that I put in a queue are not auto producing like they should. I have more then enough resources and nothing else is queued but when I try to queue any unit it just sits there till I manual start it. Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong.

It might be because the system is saving up for another more expensive unit that you queued that you don’t have enough resources to make yet.

Items are given a priority in the queue based on the order they are added to the queue.

So when you add an expensive building in province A first, and then a unit in province B, the unit has a low priority and resources will be allocated to the higher priority items first.
