Please submit a bug report from within your game so that this may be looked into and addressed accordingly.

Rally points not working
I am in several games and have found that after I repaid for my high command subscription the rally points in many instances doesnt work.
I can click on cities and see that there is a rally point, but all the units being build just stays in the cities.

just done so, but its bugged in all my games...

We are working on the raly points right now, so it is possible that this gets fixed soon (likely next release).
