The best way for us to help you is if you submit a lovely ticket to the support team. To do this, in game please open the settings cog bottom right corner and press the "Report a Bug" option and fill out the report given us the issue in detail, a few screenshots would be helpful too. Then a CoW GO will investigate this issue for you.
