It's something they working on.Good news is your stats won't disappear, they're just temporarily not showing,bad news is we'll have to hang in there and be patienced.

Rank toggles back and forth between Recruit and Technician Third Grade
I tried to join another game, and now my Rank keeps switching back and forth between Recruit (so I can't join anything worthwhile) and my real rank Technician Third Grade. I tried closing the windows and logging back in. Any suggestions?
