my problem is my ranking not going up. i've attacked other players and my rank is staying between 19 and 20 . i've even bought some high command to see if that would help, but it didn't help.
please can you help.

With ranking up you need to get experience by building things, taking land and killing enemy units, you should be getting experience for just generally playing the game. Also note once game has been going on long enough it will stop giving you experience, I can't remember the exact day but I think it's around day 35 or 40 that you cannot get experience anymore. If you still cannot rank up I would suggest submitting a bug report.
