yea i have that issue aswell but that is why i tend not to use Chrome for nothing cuz it sucks to me

Ranking Search Dropout Bug
I have found a MAJOR glitch when searching for players or alliances in the ranking! When I do it, only on Chrome, it is covered by the cookies thing. Here is a picture demonstration:
