An operator will probably assist you due to this post, but the proper method to get compensation is by submitting a ticket through the support link at the bottom of the main page. Good luck with that.

re-imbursment due to plane problems
OK..
so i know you are working on the issue of the planes not transfering from transport back to airport, but i am currently suffering heavy losses by bombers, which i cannot attack back, because my 25 fighters are all tied to a truck, and have been since the last update.
his bombers 14 of them are reaking havoc on my troops, and there is nothing i can do about it.. my fighters are tied up..
Im hoping there will be some sort of compensations for this, since i just spent 100 pounds on this one game. (yes 100 pounds, to loose because of a messed up update.)
Please resolve and inform..

ive created a ticket, now im loosing because i cannot stop his bombers, my fighters are stuck.. im now loosing about 20 bombers and about 20 units because of this mess up.. i cannot move them out of his range quick enough..
im fed up.. too much money inested to loose like this..3

I have notified some Game Operators of your issue.
If you would please try quickly, manually move your planes back into the airfield. Also; are these airbases in your territory or Right of Way territory? Keep in mind airbases that are damaged in RoW territory cannot be used by your aircraft.

im sorry but its too late now, i have lost this game because of the incompetence of the game developers, 100 pounds wasted.. i have demanded a refund and will not be playing anymore.
last night before i went to bed, i moved my planes away from airfields to protect them. (i was number 2 in the game) fighting against number 1 and was winning.. i lost 15000 troops and he lost 45000 troops.
this morning i gets up to find my planes will not get back into the air.. his are all in the air decemating my troops. now the result is ive lost 70000 he lost 50000
sorry but this is just not on.. i spent 100 pounds to loose.. (i wouldnt mind if it was my mistake that caused it) but it wasnt. so i am demanding a full refund for the funds spent in this one game. 100 pounds is a lot to loose because of the cock up of the game developers.
i cannot get near him because he is decemating my vehicles before i have chance to get near him.
i have lost over 120 troops in the last 24 hours because of this, and that is a lot.
