Hi, I had deleted my account EiserneKreuz1813 about a month ago and want to recover it. I started playing today but marked this new acc for deletion as well. New account id: Ikazuchi1931
If anyone knows, can I actually get EiserneKreuz1813 acc back? Very thankful if I do
One last thing:
I had contacted support on Ikazuchi1931 and gave them necessary details. But in 48 hours the account will be gone, so how can I find support and raise the issue? I hope they reply within 48 hours, and wait, btw where will they reply if they manage to reactivate account or have further questioning to do?
Update: I tried to log in using the username EiserneKreuz1813 and the password, which was impossible before I contacted support. Now I was able to log in, though the rank was 0 and it seemed to be reset.
