Seem to have something rogue going on. Province Kholmogory/Velsk border Russian Empire.

There is an armoured car there but I destroyed it. Then an hour later it re-appears. I am Communist Russia.

What's going on? Is it there or not there.

If the problem persists, report the issue through the in-game support tool. It would be ideal to get photographs of the issue when possible, as they can be used by developers to find the cause.
