research still not fixed

We have spent a lot of money in our game on gold. It still has not been fixed. Can we get it fixed, get a refund, or at least get same amount of gold. We have been patient already.

This bug is a known issue to developers. As i have stated to multiple users before we are not allowed to go into games and rearrange things when bugs happen. We truly apologize for this inconvenience and hope you enjoy further games with us. We also ask for and appreciate your patience while we try to work out this issue. Thank you.

Hello, we can compensate you if the bug still occured and you spent gold in that game, please write a support ticket for that.

@freezy, there is at least one other player complaining of the same situation in another thread. You may want to give him a little customer service love, too.
