Resources Gone

I too received a bunch of resources yesterday, had to keep refreshing the game to keep them current. When I logged on today the entire booster folder was/is gone. Anyone have an answer for this?

Same thing. Yesterday I was able to use boosters I had received from the advisor (and ones I had saved up previously) .. at first it was working fine, but then it started acting weird and I had to force close the whole game, and then when I reloaded into the match I was able to access the backpack and use ONE booster. If I was deploying unit boosters, as long as I had more boosters for the same unit left, it would allow me to use another - however, if I used a speedup booster, it was a one-time deal until I closed/restarted the game again. It kept doing this all day.

Today I wake up and start playing - when I first open the game, there was a notice about "Good news! We have improved the game and it needs to be restarted" .. I didn't thing much of it because it was the normal hotfix/patch/update dialog. When my game loaded, I was missing the advisor, I was missing the backpack icon, I was missing all of the boosters I had saved up (even loads from before the advisor thing yesterday) - to the point that I can not only not access them from the backpack, but if I go to the resource tab and click on the golden + symbol to add a resource from a booster, it automatically tries to spend my gold on it. If I try to use speedup for ANYTHING, if I try to increase province morale OR increase unit hitpoints instead of the usual dialog popup showing you the cost and button to click to confirm before spending war bonds, it instantly just uses the war bonds if they're available. if there is not enough war bonds to fill the cost, it shows the same "spend gold instead" popup to make me purchase the missing war bonds with gold instead.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or if it is part of a change they are implementing and we don't have details yet - but with every single thread on the bug forum in the last 18ish hours stating the same exact behavior/problems, it seems like it's a game-wide issue that is affecting everybody playing right now.

The fact that you can still watch videos for boosters, and the other fact that loads of people have paid actual money to acquire packs that consist of almost entirely booster packs - I would have to say at this point that it is some freak bug introduced with this change that happened this morning, after the day of advisor generosity yesterday. Maybe they didn't intend for the advisor rewards to be basically unlimited and stupidly easy to acquire, so they panicked and rusehd a patch to address it without exactly testing it extensively and it somehow resulted in breaking the inventory/booster system in game. Hopefully that's the issue. On the other hand, the "use gold instead" dialog is very much a new popup that has never appeared in the game during any interaction ever. So, THAT part had to be intentional.. I guess we'll have to wait and see what the official word is. Hopefully that happens sooner than later.,
