Uhh, I just revealed all armies for a country I had absolutely no spies in...
Hollabrunn is a German province, mind you. Its adjacent to Yugoslav territory, but it seems hillarious I can reveal all armies from a neighbouring province of a different country. Prolly shud count as a bug.
