right/left arrow key unit browse not updated after split

After you split units, when you scan through units with the arrow keys, the pre-split list of units is still there. In other words, the list isn't updated with the split units. If you refresh game the list is, of course, updated but it's pretty common to split units, especially air, and not easily be able to see the different stacks and need to browse through them with arrow keys. It probably does update without refreshing on some tic, but it would be nice if it updated right away. This isn't related to the new split updates which I think are generally fine. This issue has always been there as far as I know and I also noticed it in S1914.
