Road to War Border Glitch

I've played two Road to War Alliance vs Alliance battles recently and I noticed the same glitch in both of them. The border between the southern Soviet province of Krasnodar and the Soviet province of Astrakhan has intercountry borders, not borders between provinces in the same country. When you zoom out, there is just a bold red line inside the country where the border between those two provinces is.
