Rocket wont launch

Explains the issue.

after I select the unit to attack and the pop up for it warning it cant be recalled shows up I click ok then re click the target and it says cannot attack target.

If you are aiming at your own province, you cant do it.

I know, some crazy people they are... They are willing to nukes at their own territory but not rockets!
