Rockets being destroyed before doing damage

I have used Rockets but they are being destroyed without doing any damage. I am NOT using flying bombs (V1). My rockets were flying in to attack. They were NOT on the ground.

7:32 am Vienna: The 26th Rocket Battery (SOUTH SUDAN) (DX 26) has been destroyed by the 21st Railroad Gun Regiment (POLAND) "".

7:34 am LwΓ³w: The 12th Rocket Battery (SOUTH SUDAN) (DX 12) has been destroyed by the 21st Railroad Gun Regiment (POLAND) "".

7:35 am Prague: The 44th Rocket Battery (SOUTH SUDAN) (DX 44) has been destroyed by the 21st Railroad Gun Regiment (POLAND) "".

Interesting....should not be possible

Maybe make sure the stack doesn’t have enough AA to shoot it down?

I searched through the forum and found a reference to lvl 2 rockets not being able to be shot down...

Did this mean that lvl 1 rockets can be?

This has been happening to multiple people ever since the recent update. I think it is a bug.

Mine were Level 2 rockets. It even says in the description that once launched they can be shot down. So airplanes, AA and artillery should not be able to shoot them down. It happened twice in the same game. second time was a test to see if it was really happening.

In my alliance discord this was reported for nuclear rockets as well

Sounds like a similar bug/glitch as the AI bypassing stacks and taking out artillery...

I think so.

According to the rocket description.Rockets can not be shot down by AA,it also does not specify the levels of rockets that can be shot down.Unless if rocket fighters destroyed it but your reports say destroyed by the RR gun stack...

File a report.

I've noticed that a similar bug occurs with all air units. They take too much damage from gorund units and deal a fraction of their normal attacks. This includes Nuclear Rockets and Nuclear Bombers too, from what i've seen

I think so.

The rocket descriptions have always made it clear at all levels that they are invulnerable during flight, and they now also add that being "supersonic" they cannot be intercepted.

Is this a recent thing, or a long-term "problem" you've been having?

Planes have always dealt damage a fraction of a second after the defender has a chance to use their anti-air (if fighting other planes IDK). Hence, it is possible for an aeroplane to be shot down having dealt no damage. This is intentional. It is no bug

If this is recent, and since you mention rockets, that is another matter. But planes have been working until just before the new update (I haven't yet joined a game since)

I am not aware of a bug with aircraft taking too much damage or dealing too much damage, concrete evidence would have to be presented first.

Just go to the AWC server. An entire match (the semi final) is going to get replayed because of it.

Btw since when is this bug occuring, roughly at the same time when the bug occured that rockets can be shot down by ground troops? And does this happen only when ranged units are in the enemy stack or also against only-melee stacks?

Keep in mind please that I am not part of QA or support staff, so I won't have time to track all the bugs reported in this forum or on discord myself, just doing it selectively sometimes because I feel like it :saint:

I can confirm the part about defensive AA being multiplied by roughly 10 on direct air attacks.

An alliance team mate just told me that he sent an interceptor to finish off an embarked enemy that had 0.8 hp left

After the attack, his interceptor had lost 6 hp. The full strength AA of the transport was 0.6

Just because I'm not playing anymore doesn't mean I can't keep in touch with my alliance or use the forums.

FYI, I was told the rocket issue and the plane damage issue are both going to be hotfixed soon.
