It means that they are researched. It’s worded badly but it just means that those low level basic units are already researched.

Rush for Europe 6x Event not as advertised.
The current Rush for Europe even says:
- Advanced starting units (incl. armored cars, artilleries, anti tank, light tanks, infantries and anti air) are available from start

No units of any kind were researched except lev 1 transports, and the same levels of research were available as a regular 22 player map I played with the same axis doctrine. Thats how I know nothing about the rush for Europe 6x had anything to do with advanced units or a head start on research. Regular day one research was available; however no research was completed. Did you play in the 6x?

Ah I guess so, haven’t played it in a while so I assumed it worked like Blitz. They are lying, I guess lol. Maybe it used to but they removed it, all while forgetting to update the description?
