Screen freeze when trying to look at upper portion of map

I have one particular game where the screen freezes every time I look at the map between northern Canada and the UK.

All my other games work fine, but on this one game (2110034) the world map the screen freezes whenever I scroll to this section of the map. I try to drag left or right and it bounced back to the spot it was in when it froze. Tried different browser. Tried different PC. No change in symptoms. I can reload and it will work fine as long as I don't try to look at anything in that particular area of the map.

Started about 10 hours ago. It's a real pain in the ass. A blind spot I can barely see and can't move any troops. All other games work fine.
