Screen Malfunction

Last night and this morning all of my Call of War screens have zoomed in too far. It makes it awkward to move around to say the least. These screens are so enlarged I can't operate them if they don't have a zoom-out control or a sidebar. For instance, I'm trying to build new units, but I can't because the screen is too big,and I can't move around on it. I'm in game # 1467799. Please fix this problem, because the present state of my screens make it MUCH harder to play.

Does this problem occur as soon as you log onto the game, or when you try to zoom in? I know the ads on the side of the page mess my games up in numerous ways, and one of them is that issue. If you are zooming in, make sure you click the X in one of the top corners of the ad twice to remove it. I hope that might help resolve your issue.

This happens as soon as I log in. Everytime I log in for three days. I logged on from a friend's computer, and everything was fine. The bug is specific to my computer. I can barely play and can't manufacture or research units (at least from my own computer). What sort of upgrades would improve the display? Could it be a virus or malware?

hiya,

Please attempt to zoom out the main website as a separate page/tab

to zoom a html page [any website at all] you hold down CTRL + mouse wheel to scroll in/out.

when you have the main site zoomed out [the buttons ect will be smaller] THEN launch your map page again.. you should see the same level of zoom is applied to your map page that you set for the homepage.

I hope this helps with your query.

It worked! Thanks Dan. Now Call of War comes up normally. If not, I'd end up writing a CSS module to get it to work. I think I'll look up the hot keys, and find out what they do.
