Screen starts flashing and map disapears.

so at like 7:55 pm Eastern time zone my screen started to flash and the map disappears. I didn't think much of it so I just refreshed the page. when I did that it fixed it....until I moved the map so I could find another providence and it started again....refreshed at least 3 times now and always the same result.
