While I have no problem with the Diplomacy, my computer just freezes when trying to get to the newspaper. I do have problems sometimes zooming, like you are with the Diplomacy.

Script errors?
so on certain games certain actions may make my game lag really bad and say long running script is causing errors. on one of my games it says that when I access diplomatic tab, another game when I access the newspaper its says that.
