Scroll and Zoom bug

In a game I am playing I can no longer zoom or scroll the map in Low WebGL mode, low res mode and in High WebGL mode the map is just black. This is a pretty urgent issue! I have tried 2 different browsers with the same issue. Another game I am in is normal. When I enter the game (as North Brazil) I can scroll the map west to the Pacific and north to USA zooming in and out and moving units but as soon as I scroll to Mid-Atlantic the problem manifests
