Scroll tab not working

Hello

well I have had this problem ever since I started playing the game in August

when ever I try to use the mouse to scroll down, it doesnt work. Provence list, newspaper, everywhere with a scroll bar

now I seems to only be on touchscreen laptops

which is what I use, I have logged onto my account on a different PC, not touchscreen and it worked normally as it should

so I conclude that no scroll down bars work on touchscreen laptops

I must actually put my finger on the bar, and scroll down manually which to be honest is a real pain, as it isnt as accurate, and doesnt always get you to the right place you were trying to scroll to

I just decided to report it now

anybody else with a touchscreen laptop have the same issue?
