see all enemy armies not working

so .. in addition to the above comment. Just logged back in and yes .. I could see my enemies .. but wait .... I tried to zoom in and it triggered the problem again.. Dang lol so I got to see a bit then zoomed to get a better look and poof everything was gone.. just paths on an empty ocean again.

ok further to the problem.. just tried to log in again now I cant see any troops at all its just a map cant see mine cant see fellow coalition members cant see any troops period. this is a problem any chance admin can look into this please.

Gee whiz, RW. You're clearly having some sort of meltdown ---- have you tried rebooting and then logging in with a different browser? It sounds like some sort of display problem . . . .

Two things come to mind:

1) Clear your browser cache. Twice.

2) How is your internet connection? I know when my connection is slow that things like that happen to me.

This is most likely an issue with your browser. Some people's computers run CoW better on Chrome, and some run better on Firefox.

Clear Cookies and Cache. Purging old information is annoying, with having to put some settings back for certain websites, and sometimes clearing out saved passwords, which will have to be entered again after months of not using them. However, when there are too many cookies giving your system different information, it can lead to issues like this occurring.

So I have figured out more of the problem. yesterday when the see all enemy armies had expired everything went back to normal. the game worked without any glitches. so I did some upgrades set productions etc then went back into espionage and paid gold to see Papau New guinea armies. it happened again. so its not the browser its not my internet connection. the game works fine until see all enemy armies is purchased. so my map at the moment is fine until I click and drag to see the rest of the world then poof everything goes off the rails. depending on what zoom I use it changes from can only see my units to can only see unit paths but no units to no units any where. My internet connection is perfect. that I know for sure and I play other games that use way more info per second than this game and they run fine I have always run Chrome and although there have been bugs its always something on the cow side . I have a high end Gaming computer with top end vid card mem ..etc etc its not my computer. the trigger is when I purchase see all enemies. other wise the game runs fine.

RW, you need to submit an in-game bug report. Include the game no., explain the problem, and ask for a refund of the gold used. But make sure they understand that you want the problem fixed, not just a refund.

Im not happy I lost gold 2x . however the problem has been fixed at a crucial time in the game. Intense fighting atm and with my view of the map blocked for better part of a day and a half .. I got lucky and Im still doing ok. I was thinking omg Im going to be wiped out but my units stood tall LMAO Im going to let things go its too much of a hassle to report it for 3200 gold.
